"Shiboride" specifically describes a decorative effect on Annan pottery, where the indigo dye is intentionally blurred or scattered after the initial application. While "shibori" is widely known as a traditional Japanese manual resist dyeing technique for fabric (similar to tie-dye), "shiboride" specifically describes the aesthetic pattern created by this "squeezing" or "blotting" effect in ceramics.

*Due to the nature of pottery, there may be differences in colour, size, weight, etc., depending on the kiln and temperature conditions. Iron powder and unevenness caused by unevenness and accumulation of glaze may be found in some pieces. Please allow some degree of irregularity on the ceramic are as some are handmade and handglazed. It does not affect the usability. Avoid sudden temperature changes during use.
