Refund policy

All goods sold are non-refundable. However, you may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving the item if you find the goods unsuitable or change your mind.

You can email us within 2 days of receiving the goods at baleienettestore@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return address, and you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Malaysia.

As soon as we confirm that the goods have been received in their original condition without any signs of usage or damage, we will proceed with exchange process. The price difference will be calculated accordingly. A shipping fee will be applied for shipping out the exchanged item.

 

Faults and Damages Issues

To ensure quality delivery, we check all purchases thoroughly for faults before shipping. In the rare case of a faulty item being delivered, we will replace it at no additional cost to the customer. Refunds of faulty items will be accepted only if the goods were faulty when delivered. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a unboxing video if item(s) are broken or cracked and please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the broken or damaged items.

 

Contacting Our Team

When contacting our customer service team, please provide the Order Number and any other relevant information (eg photos and unboxing videos) related to your purchase. All goods must be in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, stickers and tags.

Once it is verified that the damage was caused during the logistics or packaging processes, we will arrange for exchange procedure on the condition of the goods.
