Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is NOT accepted for Pre Orders. Please also note that if this item is purchased with other in stock items, the full order will not ship until the Pre Order item is also ready to ship. If you would prefer to receive your in stock items now, kindly place a separate order for them.

For Ready In Stock Items, you can make cancellation before Ready In Stock items have been dispatched to you. Once items have been dispatched, there will be no cancellation or refund. 

Pre Orders

When you purchase a Pre Order, you are buying an Out-Of-Stock or Soon-To-Be-available product not yet in inventory. We store your card details and charge the FULL payment to secure your Pre Order item. Pre Order items will take 2-4 weeks to arrive at your doorstep.
