Masamura Craft was established in 1948 in Nemoto-cho, Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture, a region renowned for its tableware production. Though it began as a roof tile kiln, the company gradually transitioned to crafting porcelain bowls, cups, and saucers. This shift leveraged their deep expertise in the fundamentals of pottery, including meticulous soil selection, precise glaze preparation, and rigorous temperature control—skills honed over many years.
