Bengt & Lotta is a husband and wife design unit consisting of Bengt Lindberg and Lotta Grave. Since Bengt designed a candle stand with a cow motif in 1990, he has become a popular designer representing Scandinavia with numerous works using moose, sheep, horses and other motifs. Their concept is to design traditional Swedish crafts in a new way. Their motifs are animals and small creatures. His wife Lotta designs angels and humans in a variety of ways, with a concept of humour and warmth.
"Lily" was inspired by the flowers that bloom in spring gardens after the harsh and long winters of Northern Europe. The flowers, born from the free-spirited imagination of the design unit Bengt & Lotta, will instantly brighten up your room and your mood.

Another plus is that it is a size that is easy to hold in your hand.
Ideal for wiping off oil mist and cleaning around the range
Cellulose (wood fiber) is resistant to oil.
Use it to quickly wipe off oil mist that splashes around the range during cooking, or to clean around the range after cooking.
The sponge will not get sticky, making your kitchen more comfortable.
It dries quickly and is hygienic because it is difficult for bacteria to grow.
After using the sponge, rinse it well, squeeze it out, and dry it.
The sponge has countless pores on its surface, so it dries quickly and is hygienic. It will dry completely until there is no moisture left.
If you wet the sponge again, it will become soft again.
"Forest Sponge" is made from 100% natural materials made from wood scraps. No plastic sponge fragments are dumped into the ocean.
This sponge is made from 100% natural cellulose extracted from wood scraps.
If you bury it in the ground, it will return to the soil. Since it is a sponge that you use every day, design, functionality, and sustainability are important elements for your future life.
Most sponges used in our daily lives are petroleum-based.
Both manufacturing and disposal have a large environmental impact, and there is also the risk of plastic fragments ending up in the ocean through drains.
By switching from everyday sponges to cellulose materials that lead to a comfortable and sustainable future, we can protect the global environment right from the kitchen.
Sponges essential for sustainable and ethical living
ecomfortHouse's pop-up sponges are made of 100% cellulose, a fibrous ingredient from wood scraps.
When wetted with water, it expands and stays fluffy. Use it for washing dishes and cleaning. Its high water absorbency and resistance to oil make it ideal for wiping off water in the kitchen and cleaning around microwave ovens.
It is also sustainable because it does not discharge microbeads into the ocean like plastic sponges.

Instructions of Use
*Please wet with water before use.
When wet, it turns into a fluffy sponge. When unused, it looks as thin as a card, but it is actually 100% cellulose, compressed sponge. When soaked in water, it expands in an instant and becomes a fluffy sponge 2cm thick.
*The white streaks, unevenness, and brown dots on the surface are cellulose fibers. Please use with confidence. Due to the unevenness, the printing may not be uniform.
*Since pigments are used, the colour will gradually fade. In addition, colour transfer may occur in rare cases if rubbed hard.
*The use of chlorine bleach will damage the fabric.
