Avoid cleaning with metal cleaning agents eg steel wire scrubs. Avoid in contact with metal objects to prevent scratches. If products get stained, you can use baking soda or soak and clean with tea stain remover

To avoid cracking caused by drastic temperature changes, please do not heat porcelain straight out of the fridge or pour boiling water into it. The vessels should be cleaned properly after use to avoid stains or food pigment residues. Avoid using hard cleaning tools such as steel wool for long periods to prevent scratching the glaze surface.

Handwashing is recommended to retain the beauty of our products and to make it last longer. For products with gold decoration, heating in a microwave may cause sparks, change of colour or damage to the decoration. Products could become cracked or chipped due to bumping with other plates in a home dishwasher; their decoration could also fade or small scratches could develop on the surface if they are washed in a dishwasher frequently.

*Due to the nature of pottery, there may be differences in colour, size, weight, etc., depending on the kiln and temperature conditions. Iron powder and unevenness caused by unevenness and accumulation of glaze may be found in some pieces. Please allow some degree of irregularity on the ceramic are as some are handmade and handglazed. It does not affect the usability. Avoid sudden temperature changes during use.
