SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore and some international countries within South East Asia and Asia Oceania, including Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and Australia.

All the orders will be shipped via DHL/ J&T Express/ City-Link (Malaysia) and Janio/ DHL/ Aramex (Singapore) with tracking number provided. For other international countries, a suitable courier (UPS, EMS, Aramex, SF Express, Janio) will be selected based on availability.

For interest from other international countries, shipping rates stated are subject to be changed based on most current rates. Please email baleinettestore@gmail.com for any clarification and information. Let's make it happen! =)

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. For international order shipping, please take note that the order may be subjected to Tax Custom Duty upon receipt and is payable by the customer.

 

When will my orders be shipped out and how long the shipping takes?

For items in stock, order will be shipped out within 3-5 working days. For pre-order items, it will normally take 2-4 weeks to process and deliver out, please contact us at baleinettestore@gmail.com for further details. 

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your country destination and courier timing from our store in Malaysia. Please allow at least 10-20 days for international shipping. Please take note that the shipping time does not include the time for order processing. We currently do not offer express shipping option. 

During period of high volume of shipments, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee an estimated delivery dates. 

 

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery. Be sure to keep an eye on the tracking number provided to follow its journey.

 

Can I Receive Available Items Immediately If I Order Alongside A Pre Order Item?

Cancellation is NOT accepted for pre-orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Please also note that if this item is purchased with other in stock items, the full order will not ship until the Pre Order item is also ready to ship. If you would prefer to receive your in stock items now, kindly place a separate order for them.

 

What are your delivery charges?

For Malaysia orders, we offer Free Shipping for orders above RM 450, otherwise shipping rate is charged based on weight.

For Singapore orders, we offer Free Shipping for orders above RM 1000/ ~SGD 300, otherwise shipping rate is charged based on weight.

For International Countries orders including East Asia countries (Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea), we offer Free Shipping for orders above RM 1200/ ~USD 266, otherwise, all shipping rates are charged based on weight based on most current shipping rates. Top Up of shipping rates may be required, subjected to most current rates.

NOTE: Import Tax & Customs Duty may be charged when orders arrive in your country and it is at your own expenses.
