All goods sold are non-refundable. However, you may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving the item if you find the goods unsuitable or change your mind.

You can email us within 2 days of receiving the goods at baleienettestore@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return address, and you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Malaysia.

As soon as we confirm that the goods have been received in their original condition without any signs of usage or damage, we will proceed with exchange process. The price difference will be calculated accordingly. A shipping fee will be applied for shipping out the exchanged item. 

When contacting our customer service team, please provide the order number and any other relevant information (unboxing video and photos of product in original packagings) related to your purchase. All goods must be in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, stickers and tags, under your own expenses for delivery. If the product is damaged or appears to have been used in a manner beyond that in which a consumer would otherwise use the product, we reserve the right not to exchange.
