For products with gold decoration, heating in a microwave may cause sparks, change of colour or damage to the decoration. Products could become cracked or chipped due to bumping with other plates in a home dishwasher; their decoration could also fade or small scratches could develop on the surface if they are washed in a dishwasher frequently.

Iron powder and unevenness caused by unevenness and accumulation of glaze may be found in some pieces. Please allow some degree of irregularity on the ceramic are as some are handmade and handglazed.
